  Great staff but the lady that did the blood draw stuck me in a tendon and didn't care that I was telling her it hurt... caused me to black out but they were on top of things to keep me awake. 2nd poke she hit the vein and it worked perfect but they don't know when I'll have lab results back... probably heading to the ER so I know what's wrong
